 Class Descriptions

Circuit Training/ Circuit Boot Camp
This is the ULTIMATE 45- 60 minute total body cardio conditioning and strength training class. This class is designed as a circuit workout using various stations. You will be challenged to achieve your personal best. Great class for all levels!

Callaway Cycle (CC)
Endurance, interval and easy rides! This is a  45 or 60 minute highly efficient, high-energy group cycle class that utilizes special stationary bikes to give the rider a more realistic feel of being outdoors. You have total control and can pace yourself to your specific fitness level. You will LOVE this class. Don’t forget your towel and water bottle! You will need it!!!    

         Callaway Kick

            This is a great cardio class which incorporates basic marital arts kicks & punches for the perfect overall cardio workout, great for overall conditioning.

Cal Kidz

45 minute class designed especially for kids age 3-6 years. This class will engage your child in physical activity that is not only fun, but safe!

Pilates Core
Improve total body strength, balance, coordination with this 30 minute class designed specifically to develop and improve the "power house" of your body - The CORE!

Total Body Conditioning

A great conditioning workout to strengthen & condition every major muscle group in the body.
 

Total Fitness

45 minute class focused on cardio and strength conditioning to give you the total fitness experience.

Yoga / Pilates
Yoga is a 5,000 year old Eastern philosophy, which incorporates the mind and body in a mutually supportive relationship. Yoga/Pilates weaves fitness, wellness and a deep sense of consciousness together. Enthusiasts practice various yoga traditions, as well as Pilates, all of which combine forms of breathing, posture and exercise. Please bring yoga mat.

Yoga: Form and Stretch, a Yin Yang class with focus on form of Hatha poses and deep stretching, designed to educate and encourage progress in both strength and flexibility.

Yoga Stretch, a Restorative class with some gentle Vinyasa flows to wa work and grm up, balanceentle stretching. This is a great way to unwind after a long week!

Power Core and More, a Mixed Level class offering a warm up with Vinyasa flow, focus on form, balance, and strength through Hatha poses and weights, and Core work with use of Stability Balls, Bosu Balls, and Pilates moves
 

ZUMBA

If you love to dance or want to learn to dance, this is it. Zumba is a 60 minute class full of fun and energy. This class is sweeping the country. Everyone LOVES Zumba. Don't miss this exciting latin class.
