Class Descriptions
Boot
Camp Fitness
This is the ULTIMATE 45-60 minute total body cardio conditioning and strength
training class. This class is designed to push you to the max for personal
fitness success. You will be challenged to achieve your personal best. Great class for
all levels!
Callaway Cycle (CC)
Endurance, interval and easy rides! This is a 45 or 60 minute highly
efficient, high-energy group cycle class that utilizes special stationary bikes
to give the rider a more realistic feel of being outdoors. You have total
control and can pace yourself to your specific fitness level. You will LOVE this
class. Don’t forget your towel and water bottle! You will need it!!!
Power Core Training
Improve total body strength, balance, coordination with this 30 minute class designed specifically to develop and improve the "power house" of your body - The CORE!
Functional Fitness
Exceptional 60
minute class using various stations & equipment for agility, balance, cardio &
strength training, appropriate for all levels.
Kickboxing 101
& Kickboxing
This class combines kicking, punching, jabbing with athletic based moves. All
levels welcome, 45 minute class.
KickboxingThis is the master
kickboxing class with kicking, punching and jabbing, using kickboxing gear.
Total Body Conditioning
A 45 minute total body conditioning workout to strengthen and condition every major muscle
group in the body.
Yoga
Yoga is a 5,000 year old Eastern philosophy, which incorporates the mind and
body in a mutually supportive relationship. Yoga weaves fitness, wellness and a
deep sense of consciousness together. Enthusiasts practice various yoga
traditions, all of which combine forms of breathing, posture and exercise. All
levels welcomed. Please bring yoga mat. 60 minute class.
ZUMBA
If you love to dance or want to learn to dance, this is it. Zumba is a 60 minute class full of fun and energy. This class is sweeping the country. Everyone LOVES Zumba. Don't miss this exciting new latin class.
